How do I place an order? You can place an order via our webshop quickly and easily. Choose the desired product and place it in the online shopping basket. Do you have everything in the shopping basket? Then click on the shopping basket and choose 'complete order'. You can then fill in all your personal details and choose the desired shipping method: pick-up shop or shipping and the desired payment method. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We will now process the order and make sure it is shipped as soon as possible.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation? It may happen that the order confirmation ends up in the spam box. If this is not the case, it may also be that an incorrect e-mail address has been entered. In this case, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will check it.
Was my payment successful? After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. If you have received this, the order has been successful.
How can I pay online? There are several online payment options: iDEAL, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Bankcontact, Klarna and payment in three instalments.
Can I place a business order? Of course, this is no problem at all. You can order under a company name via our website. If you are interested in a larger order, you can also contact us by e-mail: [email protected].
I live abroad, can I also order? Anyone from Belgium or Germany can place an order and fill in the address details via our webshop. Do you live somewhere else? For this, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
Can I change or cancel my order? It is always possible to change or cancel an order as long as it is not yet on its way or scheduled for delivery. Should this already be the case, you can always return the order. Please note! Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
When will my order be delivered? An indication of the delivery time is mentioned with every product on the webshop. In most cases, our products are shipped the same day (on working days (Wed,Thu,Fri ) ordered before 9:30 am = shipped today). However, some products have a slightly longer delivery time. Should this differ, we will always inform you in time. When the order is ready for shipment, an e-mail will be sent with the track and trace or confirmation of the delivery appointment.
How much are the shipping costs? The shipping costs depend on the size of the shipment and the delivery address.
For shipments that can be delivered by parcel service: DHL Netherlands: 12,50 per order DHL Germany or Belgium: 25,- per order. DHL Europe: upon request
For larger shipments that cannot be delivered by DHL: Home delivery NL (one-man delivery ) : 100 euro Home delivery to selected provinces BE and DE (one-man delivery): 150 euro
Own Harrie XL delivery. This will be done by our own Harrie XL deliverers from Roermond. Costs depend on distance. You will receive a payment request after ordering. <10km = 45; 10-15km = 60; 15-25km = 75; 25-50km = 100; 50-75km = 125; 75-100km = 150; 100-150km = 200; 150-200 km = 250.
*With own Harrie XL delivery, dining tables will also be assembled.
Once the product has been placed in the shopping basket, the shipping costs for that product can be viewed.
Can I receive my order later? It is no problem to send the order later. If you have a specific delivery date or period in mind, you can mention this in the comments when ordering. You can also send an e-mail to webshop@harrie xloutlet.nl with this additional information. We will then take this into account.
Can I collect my order? It is of course possible to collect your order from one of our branches. We have a pick-up location in Roermond, Limburg and Deurne, Noord-Brabant. As soon as the product is ready for collection, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
What does immediate delivery mean? Many of our products are in stock and therefore immediately deliverable. In this case, we aim to deliver it within 1 - 14 working days. As the products are in stock, a rush delivery is always possible at an additional charge. In this case, an e-mail can be sent with the desired delivery date and we will forward the possibilities.
Can I choose my own delivery time? If you wish to use our regular delivery service, it is only possible to indicate a preference. However, we cannot guarantee that we can always take this into account. If you want your order to be delivered on an exact date, you can use the express service. Do you also deliver to multiple floors? Our delivery service delivers standard on the basis of a threshold service which is up to the ground floor. Other arrangements can be made in advance by e-mail to [email protected].
Returning
How do I return my order? An order can be returned within 30 days of receipt. More information on how to return an order can be found here.
What is the cooling-off period You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving the order.
How long does the returns procedure take? Once we have received the package, the return process takes 3 to 5 working days before the money is transferred back into your account.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do? We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged product, but of course we want to offer you a solution. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by e-mail to [email protected]. Don't forget to share your order number and photos when doing so. We will then contact you with a solution within 48 hours.
I have received an incorrect product, what should I do? How annoying that you have received an incorrect product. We obviously want to resolve this as quickly as possible. In this case, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the order number and wrong product received. We will then come up with a solution within 48 hours.

What guarantee do I have on my order? We offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on our entire range. In all cases, please contact [email protected] for a solution.
