Shipping
All small to medium-sized parcels are shipped by DHL to the first door. The expected delivery time is mentioned with the ordered item. As soon as your order is ready with us, you will receive a Track&Trace code about this. DHL collects the parcels from our premises on a daily basis. Please note that we have no influence on DHL's schedules, if your parcel is delayed, this is counted as 5 working days by default, in 9 out of 10 cases the parcel will turn up quickly and will still be delivered to you.
If you are not present at the first delivery time, you will receive a note in your letterbox indicating the next delivery time. If this is not convenient, you can easily change this online.
DHL delivers on Monday to Friday.
Small to medium-sized parcels
E.g. Accessories - 4 dining chairs - coffee table - small cupboard/dresser
These are sent with the DHL parcel service. As soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch, we will send you a Track&Trace code.
Large parcels
E.g. table - 9 dining chairs or more - large cupboards - sofas - delicate products or a combination of several items
All large parcels are delivered by our furniture transport company. You will be contacted by telephone to schedule a delivery time. 30 minutes before delivery, you will receive an SMS or phone call from us informing you that we are on our way. The delivery time for larger parcels differs per product and is indicated in the product information.
Delivery to Belgium or Germany
We also deliver to Belgium or Germany. Transport costs are calculated in the checkout.
Delivery including assembly
Would you like the items delivered assembled? This is possible against payment. If you are interested in this, please note your interest in this under "comments" when completing the order. We will then contact you to discuss the options, of course you can choose what suits you best at that time.
Please note: You are responsible for measuring any passages so that the item can be properly placed in the correct location by our delivery staff.

Delivery time
The delivery time is described with the specific article. The delivery time varies from "Ordered on working days (Wed,Wed,Fri) before 9:30 a.m. today" to "12 weeks". Items with a fast delivery time are items that we have in stock and can therefore deliver quickly. Items with a longer delivery time are often larger or custom-made items such as large cupboards, sofas or dining room tables.
In 98% of cases, your package will be delivered within 2 working days, but we remain dependent on our delivery service and for this reason it may happen that your package is delivered a day later.
Do you have a delivery to Belgium or Germany? Add 2-3 working days to this.
Please note, delivery times exclude company closures in, for example, the construction and Christmas holiday period. As a result, your delivery time may sometimes be longer than expected.
