Ordered a product online and still not completely satisfied? Many of our products can be returned within 30 days.

How to return an item?

  1. Download the return form here. Fill in the return form and pack it together with the article.
    Note, received a damaged article? Follow the steps at the bottom of the page
  2. Send the package to us in your own way within 30 days of receipt, the cost of returning is for you. Of course, you may also drop it off at our shop. We can also collect the parcel from your home or location, please note that we charge €15 per parcel for this. Please note this only applies to DLH parcels. A DHL label costs €9.95 per parcel. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
  3. As soon as we have received the article back, you will receive the amount back within 14 days on our account number.

Returning shipments with own transport

Products delivered with our own transport can of course also be returned. There are various possibilities for this. We expect return shipments to be returned in their original packaging. The options are listed below. Only webshop orders can be returned.

  1. Returns can be made at our shop in Roermond, warehouse location in Deurne or return location in Roermond. The product can be returned during shop opening hours. For the warehouse location, a return appointment can be made via [email protected]. Returns on your own initiative are of course always free of charge.
  2. Returns via transport planning from Yesterday & Today. A return request can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. Transport planning will then contact you for a pick-up appointment at a convenient time. The cost of returns via transport planning is €1 per kilometre with a minimum of €79 from our shop. For example, if the distance to your home is 50 kilometres, we charge € 100 for a return. exceptions to returns
  • Damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt by sending photos by e-mail to [email protected].
  • The product was received less than 30 days ago
  • The product is not assembled, used, damaged or incomplete
  • You still have the original packaging and return the product in it
  • Customised products such as oak tables that have been treated and sofas cannot be returned
  • For payments with gift vouchers, the amount paid with a gift voucher will also be returned as a gift voucher.
